School’s out, and your middle schooler deserves a chance to unplug and recharge in the great outdoors. Join Braided Seeds for the Middle School Rest Retreat, a three-day overnight adventure in the breathtaking North Cascades, where youth ages 11 to 14 will explore nature, share meals, and experience the kind of rest and connection that only the outdoors can offer.

Campers will stay at the North Cascade Institute, nestled in the mountains, with cabin lodging, cooked meals, and guided activities led by our caring, certified staff. This is a fully device-free trip, giving youth space to be present, build friendships, and simply enjoy being kids in the wild.

We handle the logistics, from transportation and gear, to meals and supervision. All your camper needs to bring is their Packing List items and a sense of adventure.
